Office Hours
YOUR TIME is valuable. We make every effort to remain on schedule and, except for emergency treatment of another patient, you can expect us to be prompt. If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please notify us as far in advance as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients. EMERGENCIES do arise. If your child is uncomfortable this is our immediate concern. We want you to know that we do maintain a 24-hour answering service and we are available during non-office hours. FEES for professional services are usually due at the time treatment is rendered. This will help us in our efforts to keep the cost of your child's dental care at a reasonable level. Where extensive treatment is needed, payment arrangements can be made. We know questions can arise and we encourage you to discuss them with our business staff. Our BUSINESS STAFF is ready to assist you in processing your DENTAL INSURANCE and will make every effort to help you obtain maximum benefits. Please remember that insurance is a method of partially reimbursing you for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. COMMUNICATION is important. We encourage your questions and comments. While our professional staff is well qualified to answer most of your questions, please feel free to consult with doctors if you desire. We are available. We welcome suggestions you
may have about our office or services. By listening to you we can
continually make necessary changes needed to provide you with the best
service possible.
